Alethea was very attentive, taking care to explain everything in detail and being generous in her recommendations and insights that are tailored to the individual. I love that her advice was customised and not merely adhering to a mould or category. The rich research and study she had done prior created room for recommendations that truly fit me. She also takes into respectful consideration our personal preferences which makes the tailoring more meaningful. Would totally recommend.

Did a colour analysis with Hong Ling and came away thinking it was much more useful than I expected.

What she explained very clearly was how colours actually reflect off the face, and how the wrong ones can emphasise darker or lighter parts of the skin in a way that makes you look more tired, flat, or uneven without you quite knowing why.

I had assumed this was mostly about being assigned a season and then buying a lot of new things. But it felt more practical than that. It was really about understanding why certain colours make the face look clearer and others make it look slightly off.

We came in with an idea that the colours we’ve been wearing suited us the most but it was very surprising to us when we found out that our skin tone is cool toned. Alethea went in depth with which seasons suited us best and narrowed down colours best suited us, including hair colours and best denim shades for men. Great experience!!
